He lied to everyone saying onterrio would get his first 100 yard game, didn't happen, he lied and said bennett would get 10+ carries, he didn't. I'm sick of the RBBC in Min.

Tice cost me the game this week.... I started Bennett over Moe based on Tice saying he would see double digit touches!

Bennett - 4 Touches - 44 Total Yards and one fumble
Williams - 23 Touches - 171 Total Yards and 2 TD's

Bennett - 1 point in my FFL
Williams - 28 points in my FFL

I'm down by 23 points with L.J Smith left to play tonight....Basically I've lost!!!!

Maybe he should spent less time on strategy and more time on preparing his team to play. Simple things like; OK D when those guys have the ball, try to tackle them!

The Vikes have had that problem for a few years now and I am not sure that they realize it yet. You can't always outscore everyone in every game. You have to stop them a few times also.

Sheesh, does anyone listen to weepy Vermiel? Offense put points on the board, but defense wins championships - in every single sport.

I didn't see any of you guys coming in when we were discussing playing bennett saying "don't trust the coach" or "it's just strategy, don't play bennett."

It's easy to make the call in hindsight.

I think he actually intended to run Bennett. I just don't see the point in running the ball when you are down by 2 TDs.

Just a little insight on Tice. I have a good friend who used to be a bartender at an establishment near the Viking's practice facilities at Winter Park. Tice was then offensive line coach. She, being a Packer fan, got pretty sick of listening to Tice shoot his mouth off about the superiority of the Vikings. So, she made a bet with Tice regarding the upcoming monday night game: if the Vikes won, she would pick up his bar tab (about $80) and wear the Viking Heidi braids for an evening; if the Packers won, he would have to wear a cheesehead in the bar for an evening. Well, the Packers won, and Tice never showed up again, running out on a bet and a $80 bar tab. This in an establishment where he was a 3-4 night a week regular. NO CLASS!
