What do you guys think about this trade

Team A (2-8 out of contention) gives up Boldin
Team B (7-3, in the playoff race) give up TJ Housh, Berrian, Orton, Willie Parker

Orton and Parker are banged up and Boldins the number 1 receiver so far. I think I'm gonna allow it, but i wanted some other opinions.
