I agree. They get it wrong ALOT when looking at it on film. I dont get it. If we can all tell what the right call is why cant they??

The problem is that we CAN'T all tell what the "right" call is. That pick looked clean to me.

With all the high-def and closeup angles the refs have access to, what makes you think you can see better from your living room?

There's no way you can say conclusively that ball hit the ground. It never bounced up and it looked like Polamalu's hand got under it. Whether it did or not is debatable, but it's not conclusive so the call on the field should've stood.

And I hate that call on 4th down there. There are two options that should be in play there, and kicking a field shouldn't have been one of them. Punt it or go for it; don't try a 51-yd field goal at a stadium kickers hate.
