ESPN.com says, "The league's best run defense makes it quite unlikely that a 100-yard day is in the offing, but Jacobs is fast proving that he's worth a fantasy start regardless of the opponent."
"Gary Kubiak has designs on reining in Slaton's workload, which explains his four-carry Week 10. It's a strategy that makes sense; the matchup was wretched. This one, by comparison, couldn't look nicer, so a full slate should be expected. Slaton managed 93 yards and two scores for a career-best 21 fantasy points against these Colts in Week 5."
I think conventional wisdom says that as between Jacobs and Slaton, this week you'd go with Slaton. HOWEVER - in my opinion, the Giants have been showing they can run against anyone. Jacobs is great. He ran against Pittburgh and he ran all over Philly last week. I suspect and speculate that the G'Men will be trying to establish the run against the top run D this week. I think they have the confidence now that they can beat anyone on both sides of the ball, in the air and on the ground. So, I think the Giants will surprise a lot of people by winning this game on the ground.
