Biggest mistake this year? Top this . . .

I traded Mike Turner and Randy Moss away for Steven Jackson, . . . thinking I was a shoe in for the playoffs and that SJax had such a sweet playoff schedule.

Moss and Turner combined for 250 yards and 7TDs last week, while Sjax may not play at all this year.

I am paying dearly for that move now. If I don't win next week, I could lose my 1st round bye, and possibly even lose my playoff spot.

Anybody have one that's worse?

I was on the other end of a few lopsided trades with one owner on draft day. I had picks 12 and 13 in a 12 person draft. I was looking at taking T.O. and L.J. I convinced an owner to swap picks for the first two rounds, so I took Barber and Grant and he took TO and LJ. Not that bad, although Grant and Barber have been a lot more productive. To top it off, the same owner asked if I were interested in trading one of my receivers for one of his RB and I talked him into taking my Harrison for his Forte.

So basically from one guy I got Barber/Grant/Forte instead of TO/LJ/Harrison. Pretty much made my season.

Last year before the season started I turned down Randy Moss for Lee Evans in a dynasty

tells u how much good advise u can get here. Not to bag on you guys, but alot of newbies try to pad their stats, rather then give some thought to what they advising. I know I do that

I should have just PMed vets on that one. I actually forgot I sent the offer and was surprised when it was accepted. Even though I lost this week, I clinched a playoff spot and if I win next week, I get a 1st round bye.

If Sjax can come back and play week 14/15 maybe it pays off.
