I'm looking at my teams and back on the draft...i think it's funny that the teams I thought would be dominant may not even make the playoffs or have already been knocked out, while other teams I thought would be bottom feeders are near the top.
Does this kind of thing happen to you guys?
Thanks to deluxe_247 for sig, he is welcome to sail with the Captain too! I will win all of the fantasy cafe games.....next year
Usually when I think that I have drafted poorly I find I was right. Sadly there are plenty of times when I look back at the draft and marvel at how much smarter I am now than I was then. My gosh, I drafted Selvin Young. Ugh! What was I thinking!?!?
I think, therefore I am. I think fantasy, therefore I am unreal?

I am not making the playofs with this team and have no idea how. over the last three weeks i have lost to the team that scores the most points for that week heres my team:
QB: Cutler/Rodgers Rb- Gore, R.Brown, C.Johnson, K.Smith WR: Colston, S.Smith(Car), T.O, Royal, Cotchery Te:Scheffler/Shockey K:Crosby right now i am 5-7 I started the year 4-0 and it has been constant dissapointment since. I have lost by less than 10 points 4 times. O and I lost 120-119 with Rodgers and Crosby going last night. I needed 32 to tie I got 31 and only needed 3 more passing yrds for Rodgers to get a point I am considering never playing fantasy football again

I'm in the same boat as you dude. I play in two big money leagues and its been nothing but disappointment as well. In one league: I have the second most point scored, but yet, I have the most points scored against me. In the same league, I have lost by 2 or less 4 different times. In my other money league: I am sitting at 6-6 right now and have lost by 1.5 or less 3 different times. This just isn't my year at all. Nothing is going the way I need it to whatsoever.
I hear you loud and clear - somehow the following team is 7-5 (after starting 6-1, although I have made some trades since then).
QB Warner WR Fitzgerald WR Marshall RB LT RB Addai TE Gates Flex Slaton K Prater D Tennessee
On the bench..
WR Calvin Johnson RB P. Hillis RB D. Rhodes TE Shockey
Hoping to start producing like weeks 1-7 come week 14.
Kate Upton's Husband - dead Mr. Blonde - champ Yo Soy Fiesta - dead Old South - champ Full of Fanta Tonight - champ Sex Panther (SB) - dead Sex Panther (FF) - dead Sex Panther (IBL) - dead Sex Panther (Dynasty) dead

Happens to me alot. Both of the teams I drafted this year look good including the one in Movin the Chains that you just beat down last week. Leading in points in both leagues but can't seem to get a schedule break in either league.
Sometimes it doesn't matter how well you draft. Your schedule can doom you before the season even starts. Sometimes it just isn't meant to be.

More often than not my teams all look fairly similar with the exception of the first four rounds (unless I have a similar draft spot in leagues). This means usually my teams are either all winning or all losing. This week they are all losing but 4 of my 5 teams are already in the playoffs with one fighting for a spot today.
I had the best draft I ever could have in one league and in the other I didn't have a very good draft (especially with Brady as my #1 pick)...In my best draft league I am playing for the last playoff spot this week against a bad team and I am going to lose. In my not so good draft I am playing for first place this week and am dominating and will overtake 1st place.
This is why I am not a fan of fantasy football! So frustrating.
