Browns owner Randy Lerner weighing options concerning off-season change

Browns owner Randy Lerner confirmed Tuesday he is contemplating major changes in the off-season but is weighing another organizational shakeup against the goal of continuity.
In a 60-minute interview with media, Lerner would not specifically comment on the future of General Manager Phil Savage and coach Romeo Crennel. He expressed frustration with the team's downturn this year, its ongoing lack of identity and inability to select a quarterback around which to build the team.
Lerner also acknowledged an organizational void in communicating to the public on non-football matters.
The sit-down for the publicity-shy owner was done ostensibly to deliver the message that Lerner is not oblivious to the fan outrage building over another losing season.
