No one is worried about the abuse Portis has taken? I'm thinking about moving him next year in my dynasty.
Chris Mortensen: You can make a case for both QBs (Marino @ Elway) when talking about the "greatest ever", but in terms of just physical talent, John Elway was hands-down the most gifted quarterback who has ever played football.

I would be.
ADP LT (one subpar season won't drop him for me) Turner S. Jax (a drafted stud linemen will boost his stock in the offseason) Forte/Slaton/C.Johnson
(6) Jones-Drew (will finally get the #1 spot and will be huge)
12 team/6pts TD/1pt 25yds pass/1pt 10yd r/r 08-09 Champ: Defending my title QB Cutler WR R. White, Welker, S. Holmes, D. Hester RB M. Turner, S. Slaton, D. Brown, L Betts, L Maroney M. Bush TE Shockey K Gotskowski Def: Dal. (platoon likely)

i agree...there's just too much uncertainty right now with any back not named Peterson...i need to see what kind of off-season changes happen before i can really settle into the rest of my top 10 (not to mention seeing how some guys play down the stretch)

i just hope all that crap about AP being fragile that your heard going into this years draft goes away. but im sure people will still be hanging onto that.
I don't see how any of you guys can list Chris Johnson in your top 5. The Cafe hype on him has begun!
As has been mentioned I would need to see the 2009 draft and FA moves, but if I were to base this solely on the current teams I would go (redraft):
1. Adrian Peterson 2. Michael Turner 3. Marion Barber 4. Matt Forte 5. Clinton Portis
There could also be a real reason to take Portis out of that list and insert MJD, as I'm concerned for Portis' health beyond this year. This leaves LT, Westbrook, Steven Jackson, Gore, and Lynch for the bottom half of the draft. I expect there to be a premium on the #6 - 9 draft picks next year since you certainly will be able to get a quality guy that late and have good reach into round 2.
I think in a PPR leagues I would go with Forte in my top 5. Way to soon to decide on who is where. Is Chester Taylor signed for next season to steal ADs carries and will Chilly insist on T Jackson at QB? Will Warner be able to play another full season-Boldin top 5er if you are confident in Warner. MJD-will he get the bulk of the work in Jax and will their Oline be healthy? Does McNabb return or will Westbrook have to play with a new QB? Will LT be fully healthy and will Norv be rightfully fired?
Off the cuff I'd say AD Forte Gore Portis LT
I think, therefore I am. I think fantasy, therefore I am unreal?
