Need defensive help but do not know where to look in terms of fantasy football stat's.

League: Points & Yardage Only. Have 11 man roster and play 8. Play 2 RB's, 2 WR's, 1 TE. Play against 8 other opponents each week - winner take all. Defense can only score by points, not sacks, etc... Can only pick up unclaimed players off waiver wire.

Roster:
QB: Chad Pennington (NYJ)
QB: Brad Johnson (TB)
RB: Clinton Portis (DEN)
RB: Deuce McAllister (NO)
RB: Anthony Thomas (CHI)
RB: Curtis Martin (NYJ)
WR: Hines Ward (PIT)
WR: Jimmy Smith (JAX)
TE: Freddie Jone (ARI)
K: Jeff Wilkins (STL)
D: Seattle

BUMP! Come on folks, surely with all the expertise out there someone can tell me how to determine a good fantasy defense or some web site that might rank them - not just weekly!

Do you by chance play in a Yahoo league? B/C if you do they have a feature that will rank all the available players (including defenses) for you on how they have done thus far this season under standard yahoo scoring. If you don't have yahoo ... well ... i don't know

But if what you want doesnt' mesh with standard yahoo scoring - you can wade through all the individual stats on the defenses (which will all be right there together) and find what you're looking for.
