I think i need another good Wr or Rb so i was thinking of trading David Terrell and travis Henry for maybe ed McCaffrey or picking up clinton portis somebody like that>

Definitely pick up Portis, but don't trade Henry. RB is a position where you have question marks, and you need depth to make sure you'll be solid even if plan A doesn't work out.
