What makes YOUR league "awesome"?

Looking for good ideas to make an awesome fantasy football league. What rules does your league
have to make it awesome?

Not sure about the league I'm in, but here are some areas that have helped:

1 - We use an draft order picker tool and let everyone know their draft order in advance. I think it is this one:

2 - We take suggestions on how to improve the league and have a vote on which new rules to pass

3 - One time we used GoToMeeting so we could see which players were left and which ones were picked during
the draft.

None of these ideas are that awesome... but hopefully you get the idea. Just wondering what rules or other stuff that is in your league
that others might be able to use?
