Rookie targets for THIS team? DYNASTY

Since I see a lot of talk about 2009 rookies already, wondering who you guys think might drop to me, and who I need to go after the most. We start QB-RB-RB-WR-WR-WR-FLEX-TE-K-D. 4 pts per passing td.

1. I have the 13, 21 and 22 picks. That's it.
2. I am pretty solid at QB/RB, so WR would be the main target, imo.
3. I would drop a def or two, trade a te 2-for-1, and maybe drop Arnaz to clear space. Agree?

Doubt Crabtree will drop to 13. Otherwise I'm thinking Maclin, DHB, and Harvin.

This is a pretty tall order.

1. We don't know who is coming out/staying yet.
2. We don't know the teams that each players are on.

So much is dependent upon the situation each player lands in as far as their success. Sure, Crabtree is the best WR prospect but if he's a Raider, I'd guess there's a WR in a better situation.

That being said, the WR class this year is pretty shallow because last year's class was VERY deep.

My top 5 if everyone came out:
1. Crabtree
2. Harvin
3. Hayward-Bey, Maryland
4. Maclin
5. Massoquoia (Sp?), Georgia

I'd say something similar, but as a pro WR, I definitely like Maclin over Hayward-Bey. Watching Hayward-Bey, while I've seen the same speed that many others have seen, I've also noticed a couple things:

1. His hands need some major work. He drops a ton of passes
2. He has seemed to get worse as this past season went on.

Also note, there is a big dropoff after Crabtree and then another after #4.

I now have the #3 pick overall. Here are my wrs/rbs. Should I just take the best of Moreno, Wells or Crabtree, whomever falls to me (it WON'T be Crabtree, the guy who has the #1/2 has a man crush on Crabtree, working a trade as we speak), or should I take a stab at Maclin? I can always hope and pray that one of Crabtree, Maclin, Harvin or DHB falls to me at the 13th overall pick as well. I have the #3, #13, #24 picks. I know Maclin is a reach at #3, but I really don't need a rb. I could possibly get Maclin at #3 and one of Harvin/DHB at 13. Or I could draft one of Moreno/Wells and trade for a wr.

You may not need a RB but they tend to be more valuable than WR's, trade bait man...trade bait. Not sure who I'd take though, it's hard when you don't know what situation they'll be in.

i have McCoy over Moreno so I would take him over Moreno anyway. I agree with Met though that you can always use these stud backs to trade for a proven wide out.
