Most points made ever

Postby mikehunt » Tue Nov 11, 2003 9:50 pm

Anyways this week I managed to pull off 161 points. Most points I have ever seen in our league. The reason I am posting this is not to brag but to say THANK YOU all. Thanks to the dudes here on the site that give info to there football brothers. I appreciate all the insight and help week in week out.

Sure the season is not over but it is nice just to have one amazing week.

regards
mike

What kind of scoring is that? Because if it's standard Yahoo, then wow.

I scored 165.5 pts this week and lost this week. It's a Yahoo league that basically uses default settings except you get 1 pt. for each QB completion and can play 1 IDP.

155. No IDP. No points for completions or receptions. Standard scoring. It happened last season Maddox and Plaxio (surpirse!) went off against the Falcons.

Last year in a standard Sportsline league I had 177 dropped on me .
The guy had Faulk and Gannon both having their best games of the season . He also started the Bills D which didn't have a single INT up to that point(week 6 or 7) . The Bills went on to pick Ray Lucas several times and run a couple into the endzone .
I think he also had T.O. but the rest of his team was mediocre players having huge games .

My personal best (standard Yahoo) is 143...

A guy in my league pulled off 166 in week one, though....

I put up 149 this year, and had I played Mason when he went off in Carolina would have approached the 180 mark.
