The Antonio Bryant Shrine

Postby shawnh2004 » Tue Dec 09, 2008 11:47 am

First of all I want to thank Antonio Bryant for scoring 32 points and helping me win in a keeper league by less than a point. I already made the mistake of benching Steven Jackson and Reggie Bush and Jacobs went down for me. Not to mention I started LJ and had to Play Tony Romo against Pitt.

Next I would like to thank Plaxico Burress for shooting himself in the leg and making himself unavailable for my 1st playoff game. Plax without that move I would never have been able to give Antonio a SHOT!

And don't forget the missed field goal in the 1st half by Matt Bryant (Antonio's half brother).
I am now gonna keep Antonio Bryant next year just out of respect. Gotta go now and light my candles around a picture of A.B.

Any other people benefit from his philanthropy work?

He warmed up my bench pretty good.

I was up by 17 with Matt Bryant vs Antonio.......I was pretty sure I had it under control.
I guess I was wrong......ended up losing by 10.

I hate Antonio Bryant!

Funny thing is he should of had 4 TD's this week, one TD he barely missed due to his hand being out first and the other he landed down inside the 5, this guy was a no brainer sleeper because he's never had a lack of talent and he's produced everywhere he has been, but this season he's having is one of his best all around.

One dynasty I had already wrapped up with him and Roddy starting, but another league I thought I was 1 and done so I kinda quit checking up on it until middle of the night I figured why not check and I won by 4 points in a standard scoring league, hopefully Bryant has some juice left to go off one or two more times. ;-D

Enjoy it while it lasts. Bryant is not exactly a 'model of consistency'. He'll probably mail it in as soon as he signs a contract extension.

Dont do something stupid like draft him early next year.

I BOW BEFORE THIS SHRINE....Antonio Bryant gets mad props over here !!!!!!! He's a talented player and I think has gotten past the bull s#*t !! Please nobody give Gruden the credit for his success this year...LOL :-D

I'll pick him up next year baring his situation here in Tampa....as long as Galloway or another talented receiver or 2 are installed....YEA and a QB !!!!! BUT Gruden will probably screw that up also %-6

He actually should have had 3 TD's in Week 16; Garcia missed him on two wide open bombs. That would've made for an almost 40-point day!!! He won me my Championship this year (as a mid-year FA pickup!!!) I'll take him next year for sure!!!!!

Started him in the semis and finals of league A. Sat him in the semis and started him in the finals in league B

Result? I won each game I started him in. He was a great steal at the end of the season!
