I'm debating whether to pick up Kris Brown, Carpenter, or Longwell. I think I might just randomly pick one.

This is definitely not a dumb question. You can do some research on kickers pre game, much more than kickers in preseason.

I like the Miami matchup a lot, because the kicker is decent. Nate Kaeding (SD) also has a great matchup, but he's not as good a kicker this year. Gostkowski is good, but may not be available in many leagues.

I got too cute this week. I picked up Vinatieri vs the Lions and dropped Crosby who had been my kicker for 14 weeks. I lost by 1 point and Crosby outscored Vinatieri by a couple.

It was Neil Rackers but he's been pretty disappointing lately. I might have to find a churn for wk16.

This week I'd stick with Hartley @ DET if you tried him last week, even though he was slightly disappointing.

I've stuck with Longwell most of the year. Vikes offense is getting better so looking like he'll get more chances. Last week he shoulda had more FGs but Zona's D basically just lay down for the Vikes.
