So you have been wanting to get in on our Cafe's graphics contests but always seem to miss them? Or you have a lapse of memory and forget about them?

Here's an easy solution...simply post in this thread that you would like be be notified of the contests. When the contests are up and running, I will send everyone that has requested a notification a PM with a link to the contest thread as a heads up. Being on this list doesn't mean you have to participate in the contests, it just means you would like to know when they are happening.

If at any time you wish to be removed from the "mailing list", just send me a PM and I'll take your name off the list.

Hopefully, using this method, we can generate more participation which in turn makes it more fun for everyone.

D.....good idea, but how about going a step further. Make this thread a global announcement. I did this soliciting writers and I have gotten about 10 requests in less than a week which is pretty good considering .

I just think you will get more views and contacts that way

yeah, i considered doing that at first, but there are some changes that might happen in the graphics dept, so i thought id wait and see what happens. after all, the next contest is a quite awhile away .
