OK - I was going off of this post (about 4-5 up).

Um, that post was from 2009. They probably changed the format & rules since then.

Whatever is in the current rules is what applies. If it's not in the current rules, then it doesn't apply.

Sorry for the confusion. I guess I shouldn't use old threads for exactly this reason. I deleted that post to hopefully avoid any further confusion.
