$40 Playoff League

I am trying to put together a $40 playoff league on MFL. The league is a total points league with 7 starters. There is no draft, you just pick your players that you want to start each week,but you can only start each player 2 times. I have it setup for 12 teams with with top 4 getting paid: 1st-$240, 2nd-$120, 3rd-$80, 4th-$40. I would prefer paypal payment($41.50) since this is short notice.

The lineups will be:
1 QB
1 RB
2 WR
1 TE
1 K
1 DEF
