Time to bump the tasty thread!

Sweet and sour chicken grilled, brown and wild rice mix, and Indiana sweet corn from the farmer's market converted into cream corn

The corn right now is so tender that it can be eaten raw right off the stalk. Indiana in the winter sucks, Indiana in the growing season is full of yum.

Now let's see if the Colt's can turn this preseason game around.

time for this thread to get a little love... Indiana sweet corn, new potatoes, and filet mignon, grilled of course. The sauce for the filet really set this apart. A concoction of oil, garlic and onion, merlot, dry marsala, worcestershire, salt, pepper, thyme, beef stock, tomato paste, and like any good pan jus, a pat of butter to brighten it and bring it all together in happiness.
