Matt Simms Transferring from Louisville

Louisville back-up quarterback Matt Simms has decided to transfer from the school at mid-year. Simms, a 6-foot-3, 210-pound redshirt freshman from New Jersey, is the son of NFL great Phil Simms, a Louisville native.
