I thought the same thing when it was live; didn't get a chance to see the reply but I agree with you on taking the tie instead of risking it all.

it was unanimous here at the house...he stepped out...but Titans either made the right call or didn;t see it to begin with.

Yeah he definately pulled an Orlovsky on that one. Tough call if you challenge or not though. Field position would have probably been good after the kick.

Why don't they have a buzzer or something for when the clock hits zero? Never understood that at all :-?

You are allowed a "beat" before getting called for it. But I agree, the entire stadium should light up red so the ref doesn't have to look up and then back down to see if it was snapped. He'd just see it out of his peripheral vision.
