Help with starting a college football league

My brother is planning to start a college fantasy football league in 09. Does anyone have experience running a college football league? I use Fanball for my NFL FF league but he is thinking of using one of the free sites. Maybe ESPN or CBSSports. Any opinions on what the best free sites are? Or would you recommend sticking with Fanball? Anything we should know about starting a college league we would appreciate. Thank you.
