Maclin and the Bears - would that be horrible?

There have been rumblings that Maclin might land with the Bears. I'm just wondering, since Chicago seems to be the place where WRs go to die, if he lands here, will that greatly reduce his value? Could he possibly become an instant #1 or solid #2 in this situation? Would Chicago have to upgrade over Orton to make this a great place to be? Any thoughts? If ANY wr lands here, should we avoid them?

I can just think how Mushy, Berrian, and others never did all that well here. When was the last time Chicago had a 1000 yard receiver, or a QB worth a damn?

I'm in Chicago, and while Forte has been fantastic, I worry if we take a WR 1st round, he'll be a major bust.
