RIght now the offer is Maroney and 1.3 in rookie draft for Addai. From what I understand the first two picks are going to be Harvin and Crabtree. I don't know why but thats what I've been hearing on our message board. Sooo I believe I will get the best RB in the draft. And Maroney isn't high on my list but I'll be getting 2 RB's for 1 giving me more depth.
Favre, Brett Rodgers, Aaron Addai, Joseph Brown, Ronnie McGahee, Willis Jonathan Stewart Jennings, Greg Williams, Roy Edwards, Braylon Harrison, Marvin Kelly, Malcolm Thomas, Devin Keller, Dustin Gould, Robbie Steelers, Pittsburgh
This would definately be a gamble, because you don't have much quality RB depth. Personally, I'd pass. As banged up and average as Addai was last year, he's still the starter on a great offense, and he did show flashes of FF success. Rhodes is a FA too, so Addai might get more carries heading into next year. If you had better RB depth, then maybe you take the chance that one of the elite Rook RBs lands in a really good spot, but as-is, I'd pass on this trade and just hold onto Addai...

Having to pull the trigger now is tough. We just don't know what kind of situation Moreno or Wells will land in. They could be on a bench for the next 2 years and that would help you a big fat zero for now.
I don't like Addai, never have so I have no issues in dealing him. I think your team is good, just not elite so personally, I would take the gamble as I don't think Addai will but you over the edge.
I would sit tight. Like someone else said, your RB depth is poor and you can't risk losing Addai. While the Colts may be down on Addai, he'll get a job elsewhere if need be. He has two years left on a 5-year, $11.2 million deal so he's cheap and effective. They won't sign a big namer to replace him at least so he'd have to beat out Rhodes and a rookie. I'm not a big Addai fan either, but you can get a better RB than Maroney to replace him. Now onto the more important point...
Whoever is telling you that Harvin and Crabtree are going to go 1st and 2nd overall in your draft in shooting smoke up your caboose. Moreno and Wells will undoubtedly go 1st and 2nd with McCoy or Crabtree being available at 1.3. Like I already said, I would lean away from this trade. But if you, as the team's owner, decide to go through with the trade, realize that there is a 99% chance that Harvin and Crabtree will not be selected 1st and 2nd.
First of all, I am pretty suprised that Harvin and Crabtree will be the first 2 picks. If I were you, I would be looking to acquire the 4th pick and land either Moreno or Wells.
I would pass on the trade. Addai is still a starting RB on a high powered offense. He could easily be a top 5 back next year, if healthy. I think Maroney is useless and you just never know with rookies. If you had better RB depth, I might gamble but in your case I would not.
I would pass on this. Addai is an established guy while Maroney really hasn't done much. If Maroney were more of a sure thing then I might go ahead and take the deal. But as is I think you will lose a lot of production from your RBs if you take the deal.
