Drew Brees is the obvious choice. Although I think the Saints are going to run a bit more mext year, so it isn't going to be a huge a gap as you might think. Next is Manning. Then I would say Romo, just as long as your season is over in November, lol.
I too like Brees, but I don't think it's as obvious as other positions (ala RB). I wanted to get some debates going, and I'll start it off by saying that if I had any QB, I would have to go with Brady. As much as the knee injury scares me, his potential is unreal.
I'll take Brees but for Fantasy purposes I can see the argument for Cutler, Rivers, and Romo also, the top QB changes so much I highly doubt it's Brees again, but we do know they love to throw the ball so hard to turn that down.

I'll take Manning... not flashy but always near the top, and is the most consistent QB in football. He doesn't miss games. Even last year coming off an injury, with his OL ravaged and Harrison's issues, he still put up decent numbers -- and I believe 2008 was Manning's floor for production.
Indi I agree with you 100%, Manning was still hurting the first 4 weeks of the season and still had awesome numbers. He is the most stable and he is the QB I want on my team.
I will still take Manning. The Colts had a lot of problems with the o-line and Manning missed all of training camp with a knee injury. I can't wait to get Manning next year later in drafts because he had a so called "down year". He will be right back to his usual 30-35 Td's next year.
