Going forward, I have to take Calvin above everyone else. His situation is a downright mess so I think his gaudy statistics from this season have to be his worst-case-scenario. The man is a freak of nature.

The best WR in the league is Fitz, that said I would probably still take Calvin 1st just because Boldin looks like he will be going back to AZ, Calvin is the man and if they get him a QB it's scary what his ceiling will be, we haven't seen the best of him yet, but it's between those two easily for me.

everyone keeps talking about how much of a beast Megatron is going to be "if" this or "if" that. Need I remind everybody that this is the lions we're talking about here? They won't get a QB, they won't get an O-Line, and Calvin Johnson won't take that next step to absolute domination. He'll just have to settle with being one of the three best WRs in football.

As for Boldin leaving, didn't Fitzgerald catch three TDs in week's 5 and 6 when Boldin was out? Boldin also didn't register a catch the last two weeks of the season (was he hurt? not sure) and Fitz again caught three TDs those two weeks, as well as get 231 yards. Not too shabby.

Calvin had 78 catches, 1300+ yards, and 12 TD's in his 2nd year, with absolute crap everywhere around him, so if Calvin "won't take that next step to absolute domination" how much better does he have to get? Those numbers are better then Reggie Wayne has EVER posted in his career and he has Peyton Manning at QB, so i don't see what the big deal is.

Besides it's silly to assume that "it's the Lions they won't get a QB or O line", they brought in Pioli who was brought up with Belicheck, this isn't the same old Lions were talking about...Besides there is 0% chance they come out of the draft without a QB or O-line anyway so I don't really understand that, and they will never be worse at QB then they were this past year, and Calvin had no problem performing.
