12 Team Keeper Question--WHIR leave a link

Hey all,

Pretty straight forward- Im in a 12 team league, keep 8 players. I think Im pretty set on who to keep:

Keeping:
1)Tom Brady
2)Marion Barber
3)Ernest Graham
4)Thomas Jones
5)Pierre Thomas
6)Marques Colston
7)Roddy White
8)Antonio Bryant

Rest of Roster:
Tyler Thigpen
Shaun Hill
Cadillac Williams
Sammy Morris
Devery Henderson
Jabar Gaffney
Visanthe Shiancoe
Vernon Davis
Bucs Defense
Panthers Defense

Im looking to trade / package Thomas Jones as there a at least 2 teams with NO RB depth. What kinda of value can i expect to get for him ( i know its lower now that Favre is gone). I would package a draft pick and/or Antonio Bryant maybe in an attempt to upgrade....just fishing for ideas. Of course if i package 2 players, i need to protect another that i might not be protecting at the moment.

I think that your 8 keepers are obvious with your roster. So to trade two for one, or two for picks it all depends on what the other teams need, how many keepers they have, where your draft picks are and who they are high on.
Do you get more draft picks if you don't keep 8 players? What is your draft position now?

It's a catch 22. You upgrade a starter but lose a keeper. I guess Morris is next in line as a keeper for you. I would pursue it as long as it is a reasonably substantial upgrade. If you can get younger and slightly better at one of those 2 positions then go ahead. I have never been a fan of TJ although he produces and Bryant can screw up at any given time.
