On the clock. Who should I take now? WHIR

I am on the clock to pick in a New 12 Team Dynastly League. Scoring standard plus PPR=1.
We start QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, WR, FL(QB/RB/WR/TE), TE, K, DST
We have the option to start 2 QBs each week if we want.

After this pick, my next pick will not be until 19 more players are selected, so this pick is very important since the probability is that most of the remaining good players on my list below will be gone as will the best defenses.

So far here is my roster:
QB: Schaub, Warner, Garrard
RB: Gore, MJD, De Williams, Ward
WR: White, DeSean Jackson

Here are the best available players:
RB: R. Torain, E. Graham, L. Washington, F. Jackson, S. Morris, L. Maroney, Faulk, R. Williams, Rhodes, Jamaal Charles, Tash Choice
WR: Matt Jones, M. Jenkins, J. Gage, Camarillo, Deion Branch
TE: Olsen, Shiancoe, Scheffler, Fasano, H. Miller, Z. Miller, D. Keller, V. Davis

Based on 2008 stats, the top scoring starters still available are in order:
Eagles, Titans, Orton, Flacco, Bucs, Giants, Faulk, Jets, Dolphins, Vikings, Muhammad, Rhodes, T. Edwards, L. Washington

On face value, I'd be taking Torain but that leaves me very weak at WR and still without a starting TE or Defense.

Who should I take?

I would rank your teams needs as:
WR
TE
RB
QB
D

So I like Matt Jones here. I shudder to think of what will be left at the WR position 19 players from now.

I see a lot of similarities between the TEs left on the board -- a few have upside potential (Keller, Olsen, Scheffler etc) but I think you can wait and do almost as well next round as you would be able to do here if you chose TE.

You are pretty stacked at RB... Torain is tempting but I still think you need a 3rd WR worse than Torain... he's purely a luxury pick for your squad at this point.

You are OK at QB for now. And I could care less about D at this point in an initial keeper league draft.

Deion Branch is also available. Is he a better choice than Matt Jones with Jone's pending possible suspension?
