McNabb's thoughts on Dawkins

I wonder how Dawkins leaving will affect McNabb's talks. If he really doesn't want to stay, this will not help:

...While he would not address his situation with the Eagles, McNabb did respond to reports - which, at the time, were unconfirmed - that veteran Eagles safety Brian Dawkins signed a free-agent contract with the Denver Broncos.

"I hope that the story is wrong," McNabb said. "I would be upset just like everybody else.

"It would definitely be different to walk into that locker room and not see No. 20. We set a goal to achieve something together [win a Super Bowl], and I hope we can still accomplish that."
