Here is where we are. I was offered T. Edwards, Whitten, and S. Breaston for Leinart ( he has Warner), J. Stewart, and O. Dainels. I declined. I countered with J. Stewart, Dainels. Leinart, and get Schaub, Whitten, and Breaston. He declined.
Now here are the there choices that may come up. He is thinking.
1. Give Stewart, Daniels, Leinert my 1.05 pick -For- Schaub, Whitten, Breaston, and his 1.09. 2. Give Stewart, Daniels, Leinert my 1.05 pick -For- Schaub, Whitten, Gonzo, and his 1.09. 3. Give Stewart, Daniels, Leinert -For- Whitten and Schaub.
What does everyone think. What option should take if any.

I don't think that I would do any of those deals. It would be nice for you to get Witten, but I wouldn't want to give up Stewart. You could use RB depth. You have a lot of RBs, but most of them have big questions about them. I would stay put if I were you. JMO.

You have no need for the premier players you'd be acquiring. Schaub would start one game (Brees' bye) and Witten last year scored 1.5 more PPG than Daniels. Stewart, Leinart, and the 1.05 (however) have boatloads of potential. If anything I would package Leinart and the 1.5 for a real RB.
It's interesting to note that he offered both Breaston and Gonzo as possible pieces. While he could be overvaluing Breaston, the fact that he considers these two as equals could mean that he's undervaluing Gonzalez. This may be something you want to look into. However, acquiring a RB2 should be your focus in trades.
I like no. 2 if you can get Gonzo. I am a Breaston fan but would wait to see if Boldin is around. If Gonzo is out of the question. I would do no. 3. You need a backup QB desperately and I don't think Leinart will be too good to have even if Warner walks. Shaub will be much better off if the team avoids him getting cheap shots like he did last year.
He did not reply to my trade offer. I take it he did not like them. I went with this offer instead seeing as Warner will most likely sign with Arizona, IMO. I give Leinart, Dainels, and Benson - and get - T. Edwards, A. Gonzalez, and J. Whitten.
