A.J Hawk Dynasty League Trade

I am in negotiations to trade A.J Hawk to 2 different teams. I would like to know what everyone thinks is a better deal.

Deal 1) E.J Henderson

For

A.J Hawk


Deal 2) Paul Pusluzney

For

A.J Hawk and my 4th rd pick

Tough call.

I am still not entirely certain what Henderson had repaired on his foot. I have never seen a published report on exactly what the operation was. Makes it tough to gauge how he will come back from it but I love the guy when healthy.

Posluszny didn't exactly wow me last year. He had a decent year and he should be the uncontested MLB but really, so what.

Hawk is moving to the MIKE and at the very least should have a bunch more tackles and I would hope for a few more sacks as well.

How valuable is a 4th rounder? Is it a true dynasty where you keep everyone and only draft rookies? If so , I would guess a 4th would land you one of the following. A project QB, a really longshot RB, a WR that is 2-3 years from relevance or an OK IDP.

If you are a contender and need a LB to fill a starting need... make the deal for Poz. IF not, hold off and see what happens with Hawk this year.

I wouldn't worry about it that much and look to see who is drafted at LB this year, what team they go to and pick up a player in your draft. If Curry is in the right system he could put up great numbers, you have all 3 of the LB's from USC, I'm in a IDP / dynasty league and either get wavier wire lb's or get them at the end of our rookie draft and have 3 top notch young lb's now.
