Cool man and no problem, I like taking on challenging sigs and like for the person I'm making it for to have as much input and say in how it turns out as they can.

So this is very rough but do you like the route I'm going with this? I was able to use the image of him in his Cards uniform even with the flowing locks, I just made it so most of his hair isn't in the sig. Then I used an image of him in his military uniform, I think it adds a nice contrast, and is somewhat poetic seeing him in two very different uniforms. I cutout the statue and to be honest it just looked kinda weird, it just didn't mesh and I don't know if there's anything I can do to make it work.



Again it still needs a lot of work, just wanted to see if where I'm going is OK.

Right on man, I'll keep at it. I may get it done today or it may be a couple days, my girl is hosting a baby shower so I have to vacate the premises.

They're both just a little different, basically I just put a different background layer on each one.

I actually like the bright color contrast in the first sig you did without the background layer.

Can I see what that would look like with "An American Hero" in the middle, larger, without the name. And then the name smaller towards the bottom right?

No problem.

FYI the reason I layered it was actually to knock some of the color out, mostly the reds, they take up a lot of space. I'll see what I can do though.

OK so here's a couple options without the extra layer(quality didn't take too much of a hit)....

Made the first one the way you asked with the main text larger and his name smaller and to the lower right...



This one I made the text a little larger and put his name to the lower left and added birth/death dates(personally I like this one the best)...



This last one I like the least but threw it in here anyway, it's just way too cluttered...



Again don't be concerned with feeling like you're being too picky for asking for too many changes or to see to more versions, I want it to be what you want. If it does get too time consuming I'll let you know, but we're nowhere near close to that point yet.

Layout is perfect. My only concern is the brightness. It looks a lot darker than the original. The Red and Blue in the flag is not quite as bright and I liked that brightness.

OK I'll see if I can make it a little brighter without hitting the resolution too much.
