I'm in a 14team h2h2 dynasty league and i got offered this trade

I GIVE
Favre, Brett FA QB Jackson, Steven STL RB Bruce, Isaac SFO WR Gostkowski, Stephen NEP PK Year 2009 Draft Pick 4.08
Bulger, Marc STL QB - Favre, Brett FA QB - - Hasselbeck, Matt SEA QB (P) Leinart, Matt ARI QB Faulk, Kevin NEP RB Jackson, Steven STL RB James, Edgerrin ARI RB McAllister, Deuce NOS RB Parker, Willie PIT RB Taylor, Fred NEP RB Williams, DeAngelo CAR RB Boldin, Anquan ARI WR Branch, Deion SEA WR Bruce, Isaac SFO WR Galloway, Joey NEP WR Mason, Derrick BAL WR Muhammad, Muhsin CAR WR Owens, Terrell BUF WR - Stallworth, Donte' CLE WR Gates, Antonio SDC TE (Q) Smith, L.J. PHI TE Gostkowski, Stephen NEP PK Buccaneers, Tampa Bay TBB Def Cowboys, Dallas DAL Def
With the slightly better draft pick, as well as the extra potential starter in Sproles, I say do it! How about looking at my dynasty trade, which now also has Gore in it?
A 3rd round pick in the rookie draft compared to a 4th is absolute zilch. This is probably just his way of trying to get you to bite. A report came out today from St. Louis that they will be centering their offense around SJax after acquiring Jason Brown at Center and What-his-face at FB. Jackson is an injury risk every season, so I would probably go with the more reliable RB in Gore. However, I am with Free Bagel is regards of "Don't drink the Sproles Kool-Aid"... yet. I can't imagine they would franchise him again next year, and while it'd be suicide to expect Turner-esque numbers in 2010, you better believe somebody is going to give him a shot -- whether it be the Chargers or not.
Bottom line: I would accept, but maybe try to change the 3/4th rounders to 2/3rd.
This trade has more involved then meets the eye. Sage Rosenfells played solid for several years here in Houston but was never able to succeed prior to going to Houston. He may get and win the starting spot in Minn that remains to be seen but a young starting qb could put this deal over the top. On the other hand the loss of Gostkowski can't be overlooked either. losing a very good young PK on an offensive team like the Patriots for a much older PK on a team with all the questions the 49ers have is a significant loss for you. I would be inclined to say no to this trade.

Sage > Favre Gore, Sproles = Jackson Chatman > Bruce 3.06 > 4.08
+1
Although I believe Gore/Sproles > Jackson, so it makes it an even better deal IMHO.
A excellent point by MrTexansfan I've won back to back championships and one of the main reasons is because I drafted Gostkowski with my first pick which was in the third round (Dynasty League). Seeing that my roster was stacked I went with the best PK. PK's and Defenses are the most underated positions in fantasy and when you have a PK who can average 10-11 points a game it gives you a big edge. I'll take Gostkowski's 157 points every year. Gostkowski and the Ravens were the positions that put me over the top. The year prior was Gostkowski and the Bears.Mind you LT and AP helped a bit as well and Manning and Moss

What's the point in bragging about your team in someone's trade advice? Yay you.
