DYNASTY Trade help needed

OK guys, Im torn on whether to take this deal or not. This is a Dynasty league with a 6 rd rookie draft. We keep 40 players and designate 7 RFA's. We use a 53 man roster and have IDP. Touchdowns are 6pts, 1pt/10 rush and receiving. My roster is at the bottom.

He is offering me:
Tim Hightower
Donald Driver
Channing Crowder
Lawrence Timmons

In exchange for:
Sammy Morris
Josh Morgan
Kevin Burnett
2.08
5.08
6.08
2010 3rd rd, 4th rd, 5th rd, 6th rd

Right now I have more guys on the roster than I have room for with all my picks so Im willing to part with the lower rd picks, but Morgan is the sticking point for me. I would like to get Driver for this season, but have hopes for Morgan longterm. Am I giving up too much by parting with Morgan and the #2 this year plus a #3 next year? everything else is just fodder for me. What are your thoughts on Hightower? He is in complete rebuilding mode and has been selling off the entire team.

We start: 1 QB, 2 HB, 3 WR, 1 WR/HB, 1 TE, 1 WR/TE, 2/3 LB
QB- Roethlisberger, Ryan, Orton, Leftwhich
HB- MJD, LT, Mclain, Hillis, S. Morris, A. Hall, P. Cobbs, M. Owens
WR- Royal, D. Jackson, Morgan, Camarillo, Galloway, Randle El, Rice, Stuckey, Stanley, Manningham, M. Jones, Jacoby Jones, R. Hall
TE- Gates
LB- Dansby, Scott, Session, Roth, Hayes, Gocong, Gholston, Burnett, Spencer.

My belief is Tim Hightower will trun into a Marion Barber...well maybe thats what i wish since i am planning on drafting him in my draft. If they can teach him to quit dancing around so much, he will be a machine. I wouldnt go for Donald Driver. I dont see him having too big of a fantasy season. ;-D

My league consists of 8 teams. We keep all players every year. Team rosters cannot exceed 28 players excluding defense. Every year we have a 3 round entry draft with the bottom 4 teams being in a lottery for the 1st overall pick.We start 2 qbs, 3rbs, 3 wrs, 2tes and 1 d. Basic point system..1 point 25 yards qb..1 point 10 yards rb/wr/te rush or recieving. 6 points for all tds run/throw/catch...minus 2 for int/fum.. At the end of the year each team draws a player from a hat and that player becomes a free agent and is put into a silent auction. My team consists of the following:
manning-romo-warner-shaubb-kitna
andre johnson-edwards-clayton-owens-marshall-jennings
peterson-parker-stewart-taylor-benson-julious jones-graham-micheal bush
danials-winslow-witten
baltimore-chicago.

The league is entering its 5th year, i won it in 2008.

I like Hightower and would do the deal just because of him. Though I realize Morgan is full of potential, it is going to be on a team that will be 'run first, pass second' which will limit his fantasy #'s while DD should get one more good season at least. Then I would be drafting wr's this rookie draft as this is a relatively deep class with some 'super-sleeper' wr's that I really like and should be able to be drafted in rounds 3 & 4.
