Clinton's age (27) shouldn't be a concern. 3 seasons from now when Portis' age is an issue, I fully expect Kevin Smith to be fantasy irrelevant anyway. Add in getting Breaston and this is a great trade for you. Talk about overpaying for youth.

Portis being 27 is a little deceptive. He is 27 but is going into his 8th year and already has 2000+ carries in his career. Thomas Jones has less carries then he does in 9 years.
