ESPN...are you kidding me?

So I've been wanting to crack on this for a few weeks. Can somebody please tell me what the hell is that schmuck Lil' Wayne doing anywhere near an ESPN microphone? Seriously the guy is an idiot. I first saw him on Around the Horn a few weeks back and cringed every time he opened his mouth. Now he's debated on 1st and 10 on First Take a couple times and it's just embarrassing, he actually makes Skip Bayless look like a genius. He really knows jack about sports and couldn't come up with anything to say other than what is written on on his cheat sheet, even at that he stumbles over his words because he reads at a third grade level.

Note to Lil' Wayne: A pair of reading glasses and a suit jacket doesn't make you smarter. Please stick to rapping about things you know about, forties, 20 inch rims, and lollipops.

i hate ESPN...although i have been watching Sportscenter in the AM while i work out. i still hate it though...well, i dont mind ESPNews too much

I don't flip on ESPN much except for football. I will have ESPNews on sometimes to get some quick updates, but that is about it.

I like Around the Horn and PTI, and I watch First Take on occasion but yeah for the most part ESPN sucks....really I guess I shouldn't be surprised.

Sportscenter used to be such a great show, but when they lost the KO/DP duo, that whole network jumped the shark. They've only gotten worse over the years, to the point where I only watch football or a few other specific sports. I rarely turn on PTI or ATH, and I never, ever, ever watch Sportscenter anymore.
