Personally, I would turn you down flat. To get AP, I would only entertain offers that included a top 10 RB AND a top 10 WR. Thomas is an unknown entity as rumours still persist that tehy want a bigger back to pair with him. Ward is in a RBBC, Avery may be the WR1 but on a horrible team and Edwards is a mediocre QB at best even with T.O.
I like the fact that you are going after the top rb in a dynasty format, but I always believe in order to get a stud rb you need to give up a stud rb. He may counter, but you are offering two rb's who will split carries, a 2nd year wr who is on a bad offensive team right now and a qb who is below average. You would need to offer something much better than that to make this deal happen.
I own AP in my semi-dynasty league. If I was offered what you offered, I would easily decline the deal.
I would trade him for a top 7 RB AND a top-tier WR. Anything less is not worth trading away the best player in FF.
I went to your roster page.... I would offer MBIII and Jennings for AP. And if you really want AP, you may have to give Wayne and MBIII as opposed to Jennings. That would be the one that I would consider as the owner of AP.
I understand that A. Peterson is the holy grail of RB's in fantasy. If what I offered for him is not enough, tell me what RB is what I offered good. MJD, S-Jax, MB3, Gore, Portis, C. Johnson, Forte, Westy. Are all of those RB's worth more than the four players I offered?

Depending on the rest of the owners roster I think it is possible you can get MB3 and possibley Westy for your offer. No one else you mentioned is attainable for your offer imo. You need to target bottom of the pack owners in hopes they are willing ot deal that one marginal RB1 or older RB1 for a some depth and the potential of one of these guys breaking out. I like Thomas quite a bit but for whatever reason he isn't getting a shot in NO to be the Deuce roll.
If you want All Day, you have to bring more fire power to the deal than that. I personally think the guys you mentioned besided the potential of Pierre Thomas are all no name talent. If you want to get Peterson, you need to offer a top flight WR like a Fitz, Calvin, Moss etc... and a top 10 back like Portis, Forte, Westbrook etc... Otherwise the AP owner will and should just laugh at your proposal. Give him an offer where he thinks he is getting a steal and hope he pulls the trigger.
Being a Minnesota Guy, the thoughts of the Hershell Walker, Dallas Dynasty trade is coming to mind. LOL!! Be careful!
I think your quest for AP is futile. What you have to offer is not enough. I own AP in my dynasty league and would not think of trading him , and to be honest your first offer was ridiculous. Anyone with any football knowledge would be insulted by this offer. C.Johnson and Forte with some picks or a stud WR would get the other owner thinking but would be a steep price for you to pay. The other suggestion of MBIII and Jennings or even Wayne would not be enough. What I'm getting at is you would have to make a crazy offer to get AP and it would not be worth it for you. So I would think about going after another RB that would be easier to get maybe a Micheal Turner and hope the owner believes he was a one wonder but Turner will be hard to get as well. In a dynasty league getting a top or the top RB is as close to imposible as it gets. Unless you find an owner you does not know what he's doing and gives up a AP for his favorite teams QB.
Good Luck.
