Looking for Dynasty League(s)

I'm looking for a new league, or even being a replacement team would be fine.

*Prefer no IDP, but can handle very minimal
*10-18 teams
*Free
*Nothing overly complex rules (I can handle a dynasty auction...but it can't be too complex)
*Competitive
*The deeper the rosters the better
*Prefer Fleaflicker...(opposed to Yahoo, ESPN) (will not do ESPN, unless changes have been drastically made)

Above all else it has to be a good league, prefer people who have been on the cafe a year (AT VERY LEAST) and a commish with a good reputation.

If replacing, I'd like to know why the owner(s) are no longer with the league, and a background of the league.
