I would try to trade some combination of Roethlisberger/Schaub and Holmes and go after a 3rd back who is a for sure starter. You could maybe even look at throwing in your first and try to get a Stud back if you can fill a need for a team, but I would make sure that you get a top back if you throw in your first. But you got a lot of good players so I wouldn't get to crazy.
How to improve? You are pretty much set across the board, upgrades can be made but it's not like your in bad shape.
I really don't see where you need to upgrade at honestly, I would package, Schaub, Fred Jackson, and a 2nd to get another really strong RB, or maybe sell high on Marshall at this point, but really you have elite players at each spot, there's not much left to do unless you just want a different team.

Thanks for the thoughts guys. I'm pretty pleased with the team, I think it has an excellent balance of talent and potential, but I'm a perfectionist and love trading so I'm always looking to improve my team.
I've been floating around Ben/Schaub and 1.02 for a top RB, but haven't have any bites yet. Either a rejection or a comment that they're only willing to part if they get a top RB in return, which kinda defeats the object really.
I'll continue to work on the guy with only Delhomme, Young and Bulger at QB who also owns MJD, but so far he's not budging. His MJD man-crush doesn't help either. If he doesn't want to play ball on him, I may look into Reggie Bush who he owns after the NFL draft, but it's not PPR so I'm uncertain.
A new option has opened up after the Lynch suspension to trade Fred Jackson to the owner of Lynch. He has Kevin Smith and Westbrook, as well as 1.01. He's a big EAgles fan so getting Westbrook may be tough, but as a rebuilding team, 1.01, 1.02 and a Lynch handcuff will be very enticing.
You are sitting pretty, you don't need to approach anyone. They should be apprroaching you. Just sit back and wait for some offers, you are holding all the power with your solid depth. Don't take a bad offer just because you have depth.
