Dynasty League Openings

I'm looking for active owners for a new dynasty league in the makings. The league will consist of 14 teams. Each team will have 15 keepers, so this isn't exactly a true "dynasty league" but it's not exactly a keeper league either. There will be IDP and PPR.

starting requirements will be the following.
1 qb
2 RB
2 WR
1 Flex
1 TE
1 K
2 DB
2 DL
1 LB
