That is bad news... I was lawys under the assumption that the only reason he had a job was that he was a "yes man" I've never heard him offer anything of substance to a broadcast.

SNF wont be the same...

I think they should have hired Frank Caliendo to step in and replace Madden in the booth. Just let him do his Madden... That would have been awesome at least for one game... LOL

I know this will not be a popular comment, but I would have really liked to have seen him replaced by Sean Salisbury.

Yeah, I know he's a perv. Yeah, I know he can be annoying, but he doesn't lack for strong opinions. 8-o

Couldn't disagree more, in my opinon, the guy is the farthest thing from funny.

I watched about 6 episodes of his TV show and I agree - he is not funny. Except for when he does Madden - BOOM! His turducken skit was great!
