Impact of D. Rhodes signing...

Postby Sixxgunn » Sat Apr 18, 2009 3:41 pm

I'm curious what you guys think might happen with Lynch after his suspension now that Rhodes is in the fold. Will it help or hinder him? Will Rhodes eat into his playing time enough to have a noticable impact, or will he be fresher from not having to tote it so often? I'm leaning towards the latter myself, I just want to hear what the rest of you think.

Rhodes was only signed because Fred Jackson had not yet signed and they needed some insurance. Fred Jackson will cut into his time more than Rhodes, but once Lynch returns in week 4 he will be the lead back again.

I'm interested in seeing who Indy brings in to work with Addai. It seems goofy to speculate on too much until the draft, but I'm pushing him up a few notches until the next development.
