Could I get some help posting an avy?

I've had trouble with this site I joined here lol, I can never seem to find an avy that fits the proper dimensions, or the size required to upload, would anyone be able to tell me what program to take it to, that I could modify it? Someone could also do it, but if I just knew how or where to go I could probably figure it out myself...These were the avy's that I wanted, either one was fine:







Any help I could get is appreciated.

That first one with...looks like TO...is WAY too big, I don't think there is really anything that can be done to reduce it's size to fit here. The limits are 80x80 and no more that 6KB, that's pretty small so having anything animated is really tough and that's why you don't really see animated AVs here too much.

That first one is 125x125 and 156KB.

The second one may be able to be reduced somehow to make it work, it's only 100x100 and 7.58KB. Problem is I don't really know how to work with animations. I've had this same Burning Man one I'm wearing forever, joel made it for me but he hasn't been around in a while.

You might just wanna go with something that isn't animated.
