I assumed it included FAs. But either way is fine with me.

And I'm one of them. In fact, you'd need to argue very well to get me to even consider it being only a rookie draft. What's the point of a 29-round draft, then?

It's late... me no understand.

I don't understand the 29 round reference.

I mean there can't possibly be 300 draftable rookies. Branden Ledbetter, anyone? D.J. Boldin?

Isn't it only 4 rounds?

Flea lists picks up through round 29 because that is how many players we had rostered first time around, no?

I see no reason for the draft not to include FAs

If a player was to go from a no one to a star by now (as crazy as that is) there is no reason it should already be decided that whoever has number 1 waiver priority will get them, especially if that is the same person with the #1 draft pick because they finished in last. That could essentially just be another 1st round pick.

Where as if he was in the draft he may have gone 1.4 overall and it would be fair to all to have a shot at him.

4 Round draft...speaking of I would love to actually see the order of the 4th round.

Yea Flea just has it listed like that, it's only a 4 round draft so you just disregard the other picks you don't use.

Ah, that's a good piece of info.

Something else I couldn't find mentioned in the rules thread-
Are waivers processed once a week and closed at all other times? Or, is it open all the time on a first come, first serve basis?

Waivers will be closed during games, a priority will be used once opened and during the week it will be open so you can pick up a kicker or D/ST and not cost you your priority.
