Jets Trade Up To Grab RB Shonn Greene In 3rd Round

After reading the Sanchez article I posted, I saw this:

FLORHAM PARK, N.J. - Trader Mike struck again.

Less than 24 hours after shaking up the first round of the NFL draft, Jets GM Mike Tannenbaum was at it early in Day 2.

The Jets traded up with the Lions to grab Iowa's Shonn Greene, last year's Doak Walker award winner, given to the nation's top running back, with the first pick of the third round. The Jets sent the Lions their third-round (No. 76), fourth-round pick (No. 115) and seventh-round (No. 228 overall) picks in exchange.

Yet again, another great move. Isn't Jones in his last year and isn't he turning 31? I also heard that Jones isn't happy with his current contract situation so this is definitely going to be his last year as a Jet. Neon Leon and Green are going to make a good thunder and lightning combination as most teams in the NFL are doing.
