It would be Kevin Smith and a 2nd round rookie pick for Addai and a 5th round FA pick. The roookie pick will get me a top 5 rookie QB or WR which is a huge risk and not something I need. THe FA pick would get me a starting D player

I agree, keep Smith or get more in the offer. I actually like Addai, but Indy must have lost faith in him in order to draft a rb in the first round.

Absolutely not. Kevin Smith has way more upside than Addai. I wouldn't be surprised if Donald Brown takes over the Colts' starting job after the midway point of the '09 season.
Smith is just geting started and put up decent rookie numbers for a winless team. The Lions' offensive line is getting better after spending a 1st round pick on OT Gosder Cherilius in 2008 and another on a great blocking TE Brandon Pettigrew in 2009.
Smith has NO COMPETITON for carries (Rudi Johnson is gone and the Lions brought in Maurice Morris from Seattle, bug deal).
I have the doomsday device!

This is pretty much a +1.
In one dynasty I'm in I gave Addai and got Smith (in different trades) before the draft, so needless to say, I'm pretty happy with how that turned out.
