Not sure if you have found a league or are still looking but we are setting up a 32 team mock NFL Dynasty league with a cost of $35. It doesn't have a salary cap attributed to players salaries however each team will have a $100 per year to bid on free agents. Each team will have a 100 contract years to assign to a max roster of 40 players. There will be a seperate pool of players for each conference.
