This draft will consist of 35 rounds. This draft will be snake format. All players from the 3 rosters, all free agents, and all of those 3 players draft picks are available. Existing owners may trade into this draft if they want to.
Draft will start on the Monday after the NFL draft is over. There will be no time limit imposed unless it bogs down. At that point will set a 24 hour time limit for picks. 2 picks back to back will only get 24 hours for both picks. I will post taken players once per day barring family or work emergency.
My son will draw the 3 names out of a hat to pick initial order (unless someone takes issue with that method).
No trading of future draft picks past the draft for 2010. Too difficult to figure out how to put in if that person chooses not to participate next year. (This will apply for this year's rookie draft also). All trades will be apporved by the commish before exicution. any trades involving me will be adminstered by Blanyfan (hope you are OK with that Blaney). Any trades involving both myself and blaney will be adminstered by stomperrob (hope you are OK with that stomper). If either stomper or Blaney want to opt out of that responsibility let me know before either draft starts and I will pick someone else.
The draft will be over after a 24 hour time limit has been imposed and 72 hours have gone by without anyone picking. If any draft picks are left they will be distributed to the new owners based upon order of picks left and in order of the picks (best pick goes to the next pick, 2nd best goes to the next pick after and so on). I reserve the right to halt the draft at any time due to inactivity by an owner, so should we have to pick someone new that person does not lose a fair opportunity at available players.
I think I hacve covered all the issues that have come up in the past but maybe not, so ask away for anything I missed, you disagree with, or that you are unclear about. Any conficts that cannot be immediately resolved the draft will stop and we will voted on by the whole league.

Reason:draft is over
You could think of government workers like teenagers. You pay them an allowance, but do you get any work out them? They eat the food, put their feet on the furniture and complain loudly whenever they are unhappy.
Can I quit and pass this team to my son in order to be a part of this years draft? Otherwise, I am guaranteed a last place finish in 2009 and this team won't be worth my time versus even the new teams who haven't earned their salt by trying to be competitive with a crappy team like mine inherited during 2008.
2011 FFB Totals Terrible at everything, and a liar.

Your team isn't bad at all!
McNabb Romo Marion Barber Dwayne Bowe Jason Witten
that is a SOLID 5 all in or near top 10 players in their position, not to mention you have a pick in every round except #5.
If your interested in trading let me know. I have tons of depth I'm willing to part with for picks. I'd be interested in Romo or McNabb for sure.

That is a pretty solid team FSM. Stick with it. I'll hit you up for some trades later.

Post trades here. Once all sides post the trade for confirmation I will approve the trade. Until I post completed the trade is not executed. The only reason I will not approve a trade is supected collusion.
I will be on vacation during the week of July 4th. Blaney will commish any trades while I am gone (Blaney if you can't let me know and I'll apoint someone else). july 2nd through july 11th.
Blaney will appove any trades involving me. Stomper will approve any trades involving Blaney and I.
