Rookie IDPS for dynasty

How would you rank some of the top rookies (say top 10 or so) first for immediate returns and then long term. The scoring system we use is: 1pt per tackle, .5 for ass. tackle, 5 for INT, 3 for FF, 3 for FR, 10 for SFTY, 2 for pass defended, 5 for Sack, and 2.5 for half sack

I'd look at the top rookie LB's first. I rank the WF LB first (sorry his name escapes me) Maulauga, and Laurenitis as 1, 2, 3. I watched Patrick Willis in college and knew he was a tackling machine so I picked him in one league and it was like auto pilot for defensive points last year. DB's have a better opportunity for TD's but they're few and far between.

Well I think if you are only looking at the rookies you have to go with Curry, Maluguaaa(sp?) and Lauranutis(sp?). They will all start and get plenty of opportunity's to get alot of tackles. I actually would put Laur. at # 1 simply because he is in a 4-3 and will get more chances at tackles and there team will most likely be playing from behind most of the season. Good luck.
