Okay with 6 / 10 owners voting for the change in the draft the majority has spoken - this year's draft will be a Rookie/FA draft. Once the draft is over, I'll open FCFS FA pick ups until the start of the season, when waivers will go into effect.

We need to begin throwing some dates around when we can do this draft. Fleaflicker offers us the opportunity to do an on-line "live" draft if this is something we want to coordinate and do. I know with summertime coming, vacations are going to play a factor in determining when we do this draft.

I'm pretty much up for starting whenever, so start throwing some dates out there. With it only being 4 rounds - it should only take about a week to finish.

Everyone will need to post their cut players to make their rosters legal. If we do an online draft we should do this before the draft, if we do a slow draft here at the cafe, then cut players can be posted afterwards and I'll make the changes on fleaflicker.
